Vishal and Sridivya starrer Maruthu which has released last Friday has got good opening and the reports from the trade analysts confirm that the film has collected around 8.5 crores in the first week from Tamilnadu alone.
Directed by Muthaiah, the film also stars RK Suresh, Kulappulli Leela, Soori, Radha Ravi, Marimuthu and many others in pivotal roles.
